Anheuser-Busch has a vested interest in the responsible consumption of our products. No company benefits when its products are misused. That’s why for nearly three decades, the company and nationwide network of distributors have invested more than $750 million in dozens of education and advertising campaign to promote responsible drinking and fight alcohol abuse.
Responsible drinking is the norm, not the exception. According to a recent survey conducted by Harris Interactive of those adults 21 and older who drink beer, 97 percent do so responsibly and in moderation.
To address alcohol abuse issues, Anheuser-Busch has developed programs that remind adults to be responsible when they drink. We have also provided support to programs at the Alcohol Medical Scholars Program at the University of California-San Diego to help train physicians to better diagnose alcohol dependency.
